An American [Couple] in Paris…
With the Cannes Film Festival underway, I’ve had French inspired design + weddings on my mind. Here are some truly magnifique images from the wedding of fellow Chicagoans…in Paris, photographed by Studio Cabrelli. Tres jolie!

Paris truly exudes + defines romance, no doubt.

I spotted this lovely wedding photographed by Stephanie Williams, on her blog. In addition to the beautifully shot images, I love all of the details of the wedding party attire. This wedding is like modern, preppy + chic all in one. Everything ties in so well + creates such a clean, crisp look.
The venue is Alcazar Garden in Balboa Park/ San Diego California.

I love the cute navy blue bridesmaids dresses, flower girl outfit + her floral pomander
ball…

not to mention the tan suits + the groom’s blue polka dot tie.
These were just a few images, you can see more on the Stephanie Williams Photography blog post, here.

Rounding out this week’s pet posts are these images by Olivia Leigh Photographie. Seeing pet photos makes me happy because I am such an animal lover and have a soft spot for dogs, in particular. I love that these couples chose to include man’s best friend in their engagement session. What great images she captured…

Good news…
Here are some more great images by Jules Bianchi …of couples including man’s best friend in their engagement sessions. I’ve heard from quite a few brides-to-be saying they’d like to include their dog in their wedding. You can always include them in the engagement session, where things are more laid back, too.

How adorable are these four legged friends?

This week: a little dog love inspiration aka cute images galore. I am happy to have a precious little doggie who was even with us on our wedding day. Needless to say, I love seeing images of couples who include their dog(s) in their big day. My heart just melt when I saw these beautiful images of these lovely LA area couples and their adorable dog(s), photographed by Jules Bianchi.

It definitely looks like man’s best friend knew it was a special day. Too cute for words!

Yesterday, I posted some great passion red + black invitations that are great for a Hollywood Glam wedding. However, red + black aren’t the only colors [I will be posting another great wedding Hollywood Glam wedding early Monday] you can use. If you’re planning a Hollywood Glam event in a different color palette, check out some of these invites that can set the tone for your old Hollywood Glam or new Hollywood Glam themed wedding or event.
For an old Hollywood Glam invitation, these two are only some of my favorites…

I like these modern invitations – the color, font, borders + design speak new hollywood glam to me…
